Aussie Pet Mobile is now Bark & Mane. The mobile pet grooming franchise, part of Home Franchise Concepts, tied the change to its 30th anniversary and rolled out new colors, redesigned vans, and a tagline, Be Clean, Be Well & Be Loved. The name is the visible part of a deeper repositioning.

Why Rename a 30-Year-Old Brand

A name carries equity, so franchisors rarely drop one without reason. Aussie Pet Mobile leaned on its Australian origin, which said little about what the service actually does. Bark & Mane describes the work and gives franchise owners a modern identity to market locally, where most grooming demand is won.

What Changes for Franchisees

The rebrand ships new marketing tools, a refreshed digital presence, and updated van wraps built to lift local visibility and social engagement. Owners keep the same service model, including a post-appointment well-being report and a recurring-care program meant to turn one-time grooms into standing appointments. The aim is more repeat revenue per van.

The Market Behind the Move

More than 95 million U.S. households own pets, and demand for one-on-one, low-stress grooming keeps climbing. Bark & Mane runs over 450 mobile units and is active in the American Kennel Club safe-groomer program. A clearer brand is the franchisor's tool to help owners capture more of that demand without changing the underlying economics.
