Another Southeast home services platform has traded from one private equity owner to another. GHK Capital Partners said Oct. 15 it completed its acquisition of USA Hometown Experts, a Memphis company running eight HVAC, plumbing and electrical brands. Terms were not disclosed. The Deal reported in May that seller MSouth Equity Partners was auctioning a business with $30 million to $40 million in EBITDA. CEO Bill Sublette stays, and GHK plans new markets, new trades and more acquisitions. For independent contractors, that is another funded buyer next to American Service Partners and franchise conversions like Service Experts'.
