The senior meal-delivery franchise signs its fourth US agreement, entering the Research Triangle as demand for home-delivered nutrition climbs.
A new Dallas-Fort Worth franchise deal marks the senior meal-delivery brand's third new market in under 60 days, tapping one of the country's fastest-growing 65-and-older populations.

Heart to Home Meals has signed its first Texas franchise agreement, bringing chef-prepared, medically aligned meal delivery to Dallas-Fort Worth seniors by the end of September. The deal marks the brand's third new market opening in less than 60 days, following August launches in Durham, North Carolina, and Somerset, New Jersey.
Dallas-Fort Worth's 65-and-older population grew 15% between 2020 and 2023, nearly double the national pace for that age group, even as the metro remains one of the fastest-growing in the country. For a franchise built on serving seniors aging in place, that combination of scale and growth rate is exactly the setup franchisors look for before committing development resources to a new state.
Roughly 120,000 adults 60 and older in Dallas-Fort Worth face hunger, up from 97,000 in 2022, and Texas leads the nation in food insecurity overall. Heart to Home Meals is positioning its model, chef-prepared meals paired with a trained driver who checks in at every stop, as both a nutrition service and a low-cost wellness check for families who can't be there daily.
Opening three markets in under two months is an aggressive cadence for any franchise system still building out its U.S. network. The real test for Heart to Home Meals won't be signing the next territory, it will be proving its training and supply chain can support simultaneous launches without diluting the service quality that sets it apart from ordinary meal delivery.
