A development agreement with former state senator Aaron Osmond pushes the smoothie chain into its eighth state as it targets high-growth Western markets.

Juice It Up!, an Irvine, California smoothie and raw juice chain, entered Utah through a multi-unit development agreement with local franchisees Aaron and Nancy Osmond. The deal moves the brand into its eighth state. Aaron Osmond is a former Utah state senator, and Nancy Osmond is a registered nurse focused on health and wellness.
The brand is chasing high-growth Western markets where demand for functional, better-for-you drinks keeps rising. Utah's young, fast-expanding population fits that profile. Entering through a multi-unit deal rather than a single store gives Juice It Up! committed density from the start.
Signing experienced, locally rooted franchisees lowers execution risk in a new market. The Osmonds bring community standing and a health background that aligns with the menu. Their first location is planned for Copper View Plaza in Herriman, with more Utah units to follow.
Juice It Up! has nearly 130 locations open or in development and says it wants to double that count within four years. Hitting that target depends on multi-unit operators who can build several stores, not single-store owners. The Utah agreement is a template for how the chain plans to scale into Nevada and other new states.
