Ultimate Longevity Center has signed 200 franchise territories in four months, before opening a single location. The brand was built by Anthony Geisler, the operator behind Club Pilates and UFC Gym, alongside biologist Gary Brecka and the Lifeforce clinical platform.

A Bet on an Unproven Category

No franchisor has scaled longevity care at the neighborhood level before, and ULC is testing whether biomarker testing, cold plunge and hyperbaric protocols translate into a repeatable retail format. Geisler has opened more than 3,000 franchise locations across his career, giving the concept unusual credibility with early operators.

Why Operators Are Buying In Pre-Launch

Seventy franchise owners committed to the 200 awarded territories before ULC proved a single unit's economics, betting instead on Geisler's track record and rising consumer demand for preventive health. UBS projects the global longevity economy will reach $8 trillion within four years, and operators are positioning early rather than waiting for proof of concept.

What Franchisors Should Watch

ULC's first locations open in Boulder, Denver, San Diego, Chandler and Boca Raton in the coming months, and those openings will be the first real test of unit economics, staffing costs and clinical compliance across state lines. If the model holds, expect competitors chasing the same white space, since no incumbent has locked up the category yet.
