Phoebe, which sells AI scheduling software to home care agencies, said Nov. 2 that it has acquired Sage Care. Sage's founders describe their product as "an AI front office that answers the phone, runs intake from first inquiry to care plan, and keeps the agency's pipeline moving without adding headcount." Neither company disclosed terms.

Phoebe says more than 900 agencies use its platform. The Sage team will start on client and family interactions within scheduling, then extend into intake, assessment, care planning and client management. Phoebe also acquired Alden in July. It is another case of the roll-up we flagged when ClientTether bought FranTelligence.

Revscale, which publishes this site, takes a horizontal approach: its agents, including inbound and voice configurations, are set up in natural language for whatever workflow a business describes.
