The tire and wheel franchise signs its first Massachusetts agreement, extending a New England push built on lease-to-own demand.

RNR Tire Express signed a franchise agreement that brings the brand to Massachusetts for the first time. Local entrepreneur Matthew Rossini will open the first location in Brockton, with a debut planned for summer 2026. The deal extends a deliberate New England build under DX3 Brands, RNR's franchising parent.
RNR sells tires and custom wheels on a lease-to-own basis, which widens its customer base in markets where households want flexible payment options. Brockton sits in a dense, high-traffic corridor south of Boston, so the brand can chase volume without paying Boston real estate prices. New England remains thin on this model, which gives early operators room to claim territory.
Rossini came from marketing and channel sales leadership, not the tire trade. RNR leans on a structured operating system and supplier relationships, so it can recruit owners on management strength rather than industry tenure. That lowers the barrier for capable operators entering a category they have not worked in before.
For multi-unit operators weighing automotive, RNR's payment model produces recurring revenue that smooths the seasonal swings common in tire retail. First movers in an underbuilt region can lock in adjacent territory before competitors arrive, then scale on shared marketing and supply. The Brockton signing reads as a template for how DX3 plans to fill the Northeast.
