The med spa franchise signed 19 owners in nine months as health and medical led every franchise sector in 2025 sales growth.
Rocket Group added Glamorgan Heating & Cooling as its 13th partner brand, marking the HVAC roll-up's first move into New York state.

Rocket Group, a home services consolidator that partners with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and insulation contractors, has entered New York state for the first time. The company added Mechanicville-based Glamorgan Heating & Cooling as its 13th partner brand, giving it a foothold in the Albany-Saratoga-Troy corridor known as the Capital Region.
Rocket Group does not fold acquired companies into one national brand. Glamorgan keeps its name, its local leadership and its phone number, while Rocket Group layers in call center training, vendor pricing, sales coaching and a proprietary AI platform called RGBI that tracks technician close rates and flags missed revenue. The structure mirrors how the company grew its first 12 partner brands, most recently a Delaware HVAC contractor added earlier this year.
New York's swing between cold winters and warm summers makes heating and cooling a year-round need rather than a seasonal one, and Rocket Group leadership said the state had been a target market for some time. Glamorgan founder Nick Hitt built the company from a family HVAC business into a 25-community operation since 2022, giving Rocket Group an established brand to scale rather than a startup to build from zero.
For independent HVAC, plumbing and electrical operators weighing an exit or a growth partner, Rocket Group's approach offers a middle path between a full sale and staying independent. Owners keep the name and the team, trade some autonomy for shared infrastructure, and gain access to institutional-grade tools most single-market operators cannot build on their own.
