PIRTEK USA opened 10 hydraulic hose service locations and awarded 11 new territories in the second quarter, extending a record 2026 pace.
The luxury spa franchise closed Q2 with new signings and is layering recurring membership revenue and medical aesthetics onto its existing model.

Woodhouse Spa closed the second quarter with new franchise signings in Virginia, Texas and Florida, plus a new location opening in Ohio, as the luxury spa brand pushes deeper into recurring revenue. The 95-unit franchise is layering a membership program and medical aesthetic services onto its existing spa menu, a shift aimed at smoothing out the seasonality of one-time visits and gift card spikes.
Several of the quarter's signings came from veteran Woodhouse franchisees rather than first-time buyers. Kim Stevens and Karen Torres Coyle, who already run five locations, added a sixth in Tampa Bay, and Elvis and Dawn Matkovic opened their third Ohio spa. Existing owners reinvesting in more territory is usually a stronger signal of unit economics than new-owner signings alone.
Woodhouse says its top-performing locations generate roughly $1.3 million a year in gift card revenue per spa, a figure that functions as both working capital and a built-in acquisition channel. The new membership program is designed to convert that one-time gifting behavior into predictable monthly revenue rather than seasonal spikes.
Adding medical aesthetic treatments moves Woodhouse into a category already crowded with dedicated medspa franchises, but it also raises average ticket size and visit frequency for operators willing to invest in licensed staff and equipment. For franchisees evaluating the brand, the MedSpa rollout is the detail worth underwriting closely, since it changes staffing costs and compliance requirements more than any other initiative in the plan.
Woodhouse is still recruiting single and multi-unit operators in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Boston, Miami, San Diego, Portland, Phoenix and Tampa. For a 25-year-old brand with fewer than 100 locations, that leaves meaningful whitespace in markets most legacy spa franchises have already saturated.
