Marti Realty Group joins Keller Williams' network, bringing two proprietary tech platforms built for new-construction buyers to franchise agents nationwide.
The private equity-backed janitorial platform's 15th and 16th deals since 2023 deepen its reach into Kentucky and greater Chicago.

4M Building Solutions has acquired Bluegrass Commercial Cleaning of Mayfield, Kentucky, and Rainbow Maintenance Services of Elgin, Illinois, marking its 15th and 16th acquisitions since private equity firm O2 Investment Partners took a majority stake in January 2023. Terms were not disclosed. Both companies keep operating under their existing names as part of 4M's national janitorial platform.
Bluegrass was built by husband-and-wife owners Jared and Christy Baker since 2015, while Rainbow has served the Chicago market since 1985. Both bring long-tenured clients across healthcare, education, banking, and government facilities, the kind of sticky, recurring contracts that make commercial cleaning attractive to consolidators looking for predictable cash flow.
Commercial cleaning is fragmented, capital-light, and built on multi-year service contracts, which makes it a natural target for platform strategies that buy up regional operators and layer on shared purchasing, technology, and back-office support. 4M now runs operations in 27 states with more than 7,000 employees, and O2 Investment Partners has signaled it intends to keep adding regional operators to the platform.
Independent cleaning companies in Kentucky and the Chicago suburbs now compete against a platform with national purchasing scale and dedicated acquisition capital. For owners weighing retirement or growth capital, roll-ups like 4M's offer an exit path that keeps local leadership and branding intact while plugging into a larger operating infrastructure.
