CBT NewsFranchise Dealers Form Alliance to Match Big Groups' Scale
AutoTrust Dealer Alliance has grown to 300 dealerships in a year, giving independent franchise owners the purchasing power public groups get through acquisition.
Danielle Scott, a 30-year franchise development veteran, becomes chief development officer at the roughly 500-unit print and signage franchisor.

Alliance Franchise Brands has named Danielle Scott chief development officer, tapping a certified franchise executive with more than three decades of development experience to lead growth across its print, signage and marketing franchise portfolio.
Scott previously worked in franchise development and operations at Patrice & Associates, Sylvan Learning and Zippy Shell Moving & Storage. She keeps her role as CEO of ProBuild Solutions and stays on as a partner at ZGrowth Partner, giving her an outside vantage point on development strategy that Alliance is betting will translate internally.
Alliance Franchise Brands, parent of Allegra Marketing Print Mail, Image360, Signs Now and five other concepts, has grown to nearly 500 locations across North America. CEO Michael Marcantonio described the company as riding a serious wave of momentum, positioning the CDO hire as fuel for continued unit growth rather than a defensive move.
For prospective franchisees evaluating a multi-brand platform like Alliance, who sits in the CDO seat shapes territory strategy and financing support during the sales process. Bringing in an operator with cross-brand development experience, rather than promoting from within, suggests Alliance wants outside perspective on how it structures its next growth phase.
