GoTo Foods, the Atlanta-based franchisor behind Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky's, restructured its executive bench in a single announcement. The moves touch four of the company's seven brands plus its digital and technology function at once.

A Former McDonald's and Conagra Executive Takes Jamba

Lucy Brady joined as Jamba's president on September 8, bringing a $5 billion grocery and snacks portfolio from Conagra Brands and earlier work building McDonald's digital platforms, including MyMcDonald's Rewards and McDelivery. She now owns Jamba's strategy and day-to-day operations alongside its franchisees.

Three Brands, One Executive

Nathan Baldwin, already president of Auntie Anne's, picked up Cinnabon, Carvel and GoTo Foods' co-brands strategy under a new Specialty Brands title, grouping brands with similar footprints and operating models under one leader. Francisco Bram adds the Moe's Southwest Grill presidency to his Chief Growth Officer role, and Biplav Misra folds Technology into his existing Digital and Off-Premise oversight.

What It Signals for Franchisees

Consolidating leadership across brands with overlapping real estate and operating models is a bet that shared infrastructure beats brand-by-brand independence. For franchisees, that usually means faster technology rollouts and more centralized marketing support, but it also means fewer executives are now accountable for more of the system's day-to-day performance.
