Leslie Poteet joins the senior care franchisor as it runs 160 locations with more than 30 more slated to open soon.
HomeWell Franchising named Leslie Poteet executive vice president of franchise operations on Oct. 13, a scaling hire for a senior care brand with 160 active locations and more than 30 slated to open soon.
Poteet spent nearly two decades at Sylvan Learning, starting as a center director in Boston in 2006 and rising to vice president of operations for a system of more than 500 locations. She has also run a multi-unit franchise business of her own.
CEO Crystal Franz said Poteet knows how to bring structure and consistency to a growing system "without losing sight of the people running these businesses every day."
The hire follows HomeWell's record franchise sales run under owner Main Post Partners.
