The physician-guided med spa franchise added 15 locations to its pipeline in 2026, betting on regional density over scattered single units.

VIO Med Spa signed 10 franchise agreements in early 2026, adding 15 locations to its development pipeline. The deals stretch across California, Florida, the Midwest, and the Northeast, with several going to multi-unit operators. The brand is filling gaps in markets it already serves rather than planting isolated flags in new ones.
VIO's development chief framed the strategy around building meaningful regional density. Clustered units share marketing spend, staffing, and clinical oversight, which lowers cost per location and steadies quality. Spreading thin does the opposite, so the brand is concentrating where demand for physician-guided aesthetics is already climbing.
The latest agreements went to healthcare professionals, multi-brand operators, and hospitality veterans. Multi-unit operators in Chicago signed for six locations, while a gastroenterologist and a clinical-operations veteran signed their first deal in northern New Jersey. VIO recruits partners who can execute at scale while keeping a patient-first posture, since clinical missteps carry more risk than a slow opening.
VIO runs a membership model that generates recurring revenue and supports client retention, all delivered under licensed medical oversight. That recurring base gives franchisees predictable cash flow, which matters when injectables and laser work depend on repeat visits. Backed by Freeman Spogli, the brand now operates 64 locations across 20 states with more than 175 territories sold or in development.
