A Nasdaq-listed drone company acquires a Florida franchise system to roll out AI-powered exterior cleaning across commercial properties.

ZenaTech, a Nasdaq-listed drone and AI company, has acquired Green Earth Powerwashing, a Florida franchise system with a corporate location in West Palm Beach and franchised units across central and south Florida. It is ZenaTech's 24th acquisition for its Drone as a Service business and its eighth in Florida.
Green Earth runs a recurring-service model with trained operators and a customer base of municipalities, property managers, and commercial owners. ZenaTech is buying that book of business and field labor, then layering drones on top to clean high-rise and hard-to-reach surfaces faster and at lower cost. The franchise hands the technology an instant route to paying customers.
Public companies are starting to treat franchise systems as acquisition targets for their installed base, not just their brand. A power washing network with predictable royalties and local relationships becomes the distribution layer for new automation. Operators in low-tech trades like cleaning, inspection, and maintenance should expect more of this, where a buyer values the customer list and crews as much as the concept.
ZenaTech points to a drone cleaning services market worth roughly $5.2 billion in 2024 and projected above $15 billion by 2031, growing near 17 percent a year. Florida metros like Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale carry dense clusters of towers and mixed-use buildings that need regular exterior work. For franchisees inside an acquired system, that demand plus automation can lift margins on the jobs that are hardest to staff.
