Home Helpers Home Care reached 400 franchise territories in the third quarter, the Blue Ash, Ohio, franchisor said Oct. 29. It signed 12 franchise agreements and opened 15 locations in the quarter, with existing owners among those expanding, bringing 2026 signings to 30.

New offices opened in markets including Durham and Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Yukon, Oklahoma; Muncie, Indiana; and Asbury Park, New Jersey. The brand also expanded its partnership with Aloe Care Health, which runs its 24-hour monitoring and medical alert service. "Technology should strengthen the human connection at the heart of home care, not replace it," CEO Emma Dickison said.

Home care franchisors keep investing in their back offices as they scale, from HomeWell's new operations chief to BrightStar Care's new CTO.
