Corporate software matured a decade ago. The field, where the customer actually is, has lagged because the work is local, messy, and human. The operators closing that gap are not buying more dashboards. They are putting action where the signal already lives.
Most networks already collect more than enough signal. The gap is acting on it at the location, in the moment, without a manager copying numbers into a spreadsheet at the end of the week.
A pilot with no owner becomes a demo nobody uses. Name a person at the location who is accountable for the outcome, give them one number to move, and get out of their way.
